The new Genesis II E-310 GBS belongs to Weber's high-end range and offers you a very robust barbecue with state-of-the-art burners with a 10-year guarantee.  

Compared to the Spirit models, the Genesis II are much more robust in terms of structural materials and with larger cooking surfaces. The grates are 8 cm wider and 4 cm deeper than an equivalent 3-burner Spirit model. 

The lid of a Genesis II is made entirely of cast aluminum with an outer sheet of vitrified steel and an inner sheet of stainless steel that gives more performance to the concentration of heat inside the barbecue. In addition, the lid is tiltable and when you open it, it barely takes up space behind, making it much easier to place it near a wall from behind without risk of damaging the lid when you open it. Without a doubt, only the cover of a Genesis II already exemplifies the quality of this model.

The burners of this family of barbecues are conical in shape and reinforced with a greater width when closer to the collector, offering flame stability throughout the grill that the Spirit cannot offer. In addition, these burners have a 10-year guarantee that implies their robustness. Without a doubt, an improvement to take into account with respect to the tubular burners of the Spirit. 

On the side of the barbecue there are 2 plates that have the function of frontally hiding the visibility of the cylinder that is placed there.

When you activate the barbecue's ignition system, it sparks each of the 3 burners (in the Spirit the spark is only activated in one of the burners). This function allows you to light the burner you want independently.

The wheel system consists of 2 large fixed wheels on the right side and two small swiveling wheels on the left side. Having the 2 large wheels gives you more stability. 

Inside the barbecue we first have the GBS grills which are divided into 4 pieces: 17.5 cm rectangular grill, left grill, Gourmet System with 30 cm diameter and right grill.

Next we find the 5 Flavorizer bars. They are triangular bars that go above the burners to protect them from fat that may fall on them, but they also have the function of giving your food an extra flavor. These bars, when they are hot and come into contact with the fats, give off a thread of smoke that will add flavor to your barbecue. As its name "Flavorizer" indicates, the translation would be flavoring. There are more bars than burners because 2 of these bars will only have the flavor function even though they are not on top of any burner.

Below the Flavorizer Bars are the burners, in this case 3, which are conical as explained above.

Finally, under the burners, there is a black vitrified steel tray with a slope and a final hole that will guide the fat to reach the aluminum tray for fats, which are interchangeable. The black vitrified steel tray is removable from the front through rails. 

Below the fat storage system we would already have a shelf to store accessories.
